Since Mrs. Peeps is so busy lately (she came home late again tonight!), I have decided to catch up on my management literature reading as part of my personal development plan. With nine lives to live (give or take a few lives depending on who's counting), I have a lot of time to expend. And, clearly my current management strategy is not working as my peeps are running amok!The first half of the book is about managing your team. Rule 1: Get Them Emotionally Involved. According to this book, my life will be easier, my successes will be greater...Sweet. Wish me luck!

Sounds like a good book. I'll recommend it to Lan and Aoife. Well, mainly Aoife . . .she's a bit brighter!
