So what will I remember about 2006? There are many things -- most of which have previously been featured on the blog -- but in the interest of brevity, I will offer up two images that reflect some perfect moments of 2006:

What I will remember: Sun. Espresso. Tony Bourdain. Total peace. Granville Island. Amber. Stalking. Wine. Knitting. Beer. Gelato. The ocean. Jarty. Stupid Bird. Port Alberni. Wacky forest. Hot tub. *That being said, I do have one resolution for 2007: to finally be featured on Stuff On My Cat! All my submissions for 2006 were not accepted, so the heat is on for 2007! Perhaps a second resolution might be to lobby the Chinese to either add the cat to the Chinese calendar or replace one of the existing twelve with a cat. I mean, Year of the Cat is way more sexy than Year of the Boar, don't you think?

Ya, Year of the Cat. Isn't that a song already? I vote keep the boar and get rid of the rat! Actually, you kids (that's you Koko along with the Great Hunter Skinny Malcolm) can take care of the ratting.
Koko, I tried SOMC too but could not get featured either. My friend Hailey got the top place in best of 2005 with "Hailey relaxing after eating a LARGE lunch" though. http://www.stuffonmycat.com/index.php?catid=14&blogid=1
