OCAD University Cookie Order
Amber and I made these cookies for a special event at OCAD University on Sept 9, 2010 with the Minister of Education, OCAD's executive leadership, key donors and other important peeps.
The design is inspired by the Sharp Centre for Design as viewed looking up from Butterfield Park.
Cookie specs: 3" vanilla butter cookie with orange zest, white lemon royal icing base with gum paste stairs (red), piped legs (blue and yellow), and handpainted lustre dust sky (bottom left).
It was late when we finished, so the photos are dark, but we were happy with how the cookies turned out.

Um, KNEW.
they are so awesome!! wow, amazing stuff. They really do look just like the OCAD building!
Mad Skills on display! The students aren't the only artists at OCAD.
Holy cow! How many of those did you make and how long did it take? That is so much detail for one little cookie! They look great!
