Hey

If you watched the show Felicity, then you know that "hey" is a highly adaptable word used to cover a multitude of situations. Every time one of the cast entered the frame, they uttered this word. After four seasons, it is permanently etched in my brain (right there, sadly, with the entire soundtrack -- including script -- of Mel Brooks' History of the World: Part 1 since 1981, but I digress) as an appropriate response. In this case, it "hey" is the equivalent of "what's up?".

What's up is: not much. I must apologize for my dwindling lack of posts lately (also known in the blogosphere as "blogstipation"). Although I would much prefer to remain shrouded in mystery and have you imagine that I am up to all kinds of glamourous and interesting activities, I must confess the sad truth is that not a lot is going on here, just the usual napping and lolling about as I am wont to do.

That's me, anyway, and Mr. Peeps for the most part (thankfully he doesn't read my blog, or me and Mrs. Peeps would be in a heck of a lot of trouble for that comment!). Mrs. Peeps, however, has not been around much to knit for me, take pictures of me, love and dote on me and of course, blog about me. She's says she's working, but Mr. Peeps says this is not true, she is just in a lot of meetings. I am not sure what to make of this; isn't going to meetings working? I must ask her. There's no talking to him about this, because smoke just rises from his head when you do. Also, I have glimpsed her calendar and noted that Winterlicious is on, so I think I will not be seeing her some evenings in the next little while for this reason.

Perhaps I should take up knitting myself?

you knit? I'm not sure about that. How are you going to hold the needles? . . .you'll probably spend more time playing with the yarn.

Ah Koko, I'm sure Mrs.Peeps's meetings are extremely imporatant. She will be back to doting, patting, feeding, etcetera very soon. Also, I must meet you, and perhaps bring some Fancy Feast along with me.
