Sunny Day in the City
Yesterday was a lovely rare and sunny blue day in Toronto. Although I spent yet another Saturday at work, I did take some time to enjoy a scrumptious lunch at Sadie's Diner, a segue into Americo to pick up some yarn for the Dipped Infinity Scarf, and a relaxing pedi at Everest. Walking back through the park, I admired the coloured windows of our main building at OCAD - from a distance you only see the black and white motif, but when you're up close you can see the coloured window wells, which I love.
And speaking of colour, this is the colour way that Chris and I decided to in Americo Pima Cotton do for the Dipped Infinity Scarf by Laura Chau of Cosmicpluto Knits.
The colours we chose: J441, 1090, 1092, 1085, J432, 1094, 1099, J436.
Of course, by the time I've finished typing this post, Chris will have finished knitting this scarf, blocked and worn it five times and received a trillion compliments. I'll still be thinking about the colours...

Lovely colours!! I can only take a wild guess at the pretty penny invested there ;)
