Farewell 2011 / Gott Nytt År

2011 was an interesting, challenging and beautiful year, and I can't think of a better way to celebrate it's departure than with my unexpected new friends from Bjärsjölagård, Sweden.

We met up in Lund for a completely unnecessary and yet necessary foray to a yarn store, and then I was invited back to spend New Year's with them in Bjärsjölagård, a very small town in Skåne.



Mattias aka "the master chef" made a lovely dinner, and then we enjoyed some bubbly under spectacular fireworks complements of the neighbours.
